On the surface I thought this trade was horrible for the reds. Kearns is one of the top defensive right fielders in the National League and a very solid bat, when healthy. Lopez was wild yet spectacular at short and was a good hitter. Both were young and ready to improve.

But the reds did get very ...

New Soccer fan hear, started to really started to get into futbol after playing WE a few years ago if you can believe it.

Question for gurus, on Mcbride off sides for interfernce on the US Goal vs. Italy. Is this a very silly fundamental mistake, or just a wrong place at wrong time type of error?

FYI, for an over the back violation the ball itself must completly cross into the back court. One can stradle the half court line and legally hold the ball in the front court with no violation. And for the last 50 years, at any level of basketball, if an offensive player get a deffensive player on ...

Agreed. Still a decent ball handler, and a good companion for Shaq IMHO. But defensivly, good grief. Might as well have a wind up rat on the court.

A. Walker may be one of the most ill equipped off ball defender in basketball. Watch how many times in a game he just sits at the charge arc and just spins in circles. And no there not in a zone, unless there in a dot and four to maximize 'toine shot blocking. He is just killing the heat defensivly ...

Dude what venue are you headlining? You can't be serious, college is notorious for this type of player when a coach gives you the green light. Each time, he has faced an opponent who is athletic and can fight through screens he got shut down. Can you say Jason Kapono

The JJ to Capano comparison ...

Cheese is Cheese. I dont play in tournaments so I really have no strategy when it comes to using clark kent spin moves. I guess if someone wants to get 100,000 for executing spin moves more power to em. Does not lessen the fact that the game has some serious flaws. And to exploit those flaws is ...

yeah good point AJ, did not even think about all the time away. That cant be good, can you imaging the guilt Tony is proably feeling about that, unimaginable. Still, once you have kids, all of these stories reach you at a whole different level. I thought empathy was some sort of mixed blue moon ...

Guys,

This kind of spooked me a little. I have a young 16th month old son. From everthing I hear from the media, T. Dungy is one heck of a person. He really seems like he would do an amazing job as a parent. If his son can have enough problems to kill himself, it can proably happen to anyones kid ...

Dont know JLP,

Sometimes I wish some of my fav teams would just cash it in play the young players and take there lumps vs. spending all this money, getting me excited and then underacheiving. This is just a death wish for a franchise. See 97-200 Boston Celtics.

Those are my feelings to Leebo. There is nothing worse than getting excited for a season, then having it blow up in your face. I am a southwest ohio sports fan, so I have a doctorate on the subject

Yeah, the Mets come to mind. And of course the recent Yankees teams come to mind. But I swear there are more. Even my fav the reds finally open the wallets up last year and they bombed. The Orioles last year.

This is really one thing that I enjoy about baseball. Almost every year it seems a team ...

Can anyone remember the last off season team who had the most active/best/expensive winter season to come close to meeting there lofty expectations? I think the Jays will fall into that category next year also, and not reach any where near there paper potential.

I played the original on the PC and man was it hard. I like how realistic it was.

I could only get to as far as where you are captured by the russians or someone. Great Great game, I thought I was the only one who purchased it though.
