I have the Delphi My Fi and its great, especially the 5 hrs of recorded material ( I do not get a signal in the office)

I also listen in car via aux input. The sound is near CD quality

I know that most people on this board seemed to prefer MVP a few weeks ago, but I was wondering if anyone else iis still playing 989's game besides me. Personally, I think MLB is the best baseball game I've ever played, by far, although I only play Season mode and would have no comment on Franchise ...

Out of the net as in on the bench or just way out of position?

Are you holding down the X button for more than 1 sec and inadvertantly controlling the goalie?

Have not seen this problem, but will keep an eye out.

It seems there is a problem with my goalie in my Franchise. He is sometimes out of the net and they score easy goals? I play as Devils and tried every difficulty level.

Has anyone seen this problem. I like the game except for this major problem.

Guess I'm the only guy who would've said to go ahead and pick it up. I have an Xbox and re-purchased a PS2 just to be able to play MLB this year. Best decision I've made, and I haven't bought another PS2 game since.

3 years of the same graphics engine made me get bored with ASB, my personal ...

Just picked up my Xbox copy at EB. Has anyone played the MLB classic mode online and any impressions?

Just got back from EB Games. The game was delayed until tomorrow!

How is the hit variety?

Any slow dribbler's, pitches in the dirt, etc..

I am interested in hearing impressions prior to purchasing. I had last years title but it was too arcadey for me. I am hoping the Sim mode would be tolerable this year.

Yes - MLB Classic Mode is suppose to be more of a sim rather than arcade.

I think you can turn off all of the arcade stuff which would make the game playable for myself!

But I still think it may be to fast even in classic mode?

I received my copy of Xbox Magazine yesterday and played the Slugfest demo. It only offers HR Derby and 3 innings of BB. You do not get option to try MLB Classic mode which I was anxious to try out.

It seems IMO the same as the previous games.
