So what about wheels ? Do people use them and if so which is best ?

Do people use a wheel or gamepad for this game ? I always find racing games a bit unrealistic with a gamepad. Are there any good wheels for the xbox ?

I did reas that whole thread but it doesn't really answer my questions. Thats why I started a new thread to get some more in depth comments about rucking etc.

I've searched everywhere this afternoon and can't find a program called 3dconfig for gpl. I found a version for f12002 or something but that doesn't work on gpl. Can someone please point me in the direction of this file.

I've got it working now in d3d mode which is good. There is a problem with ati drivers and i had to change the core.ini. I'm now trying to find 3dconfig.exe Where can i download this utility ?

I'm really enjoying this game but have a couple of questions -

1 - When I get tackled or tackle somebody a ruck forms. How do I know who has possesion of the ball ?

2 - I know I have to press A to add more players to the ruck, does this give me more chance of a turnover if i don't have the ball ...

I tried opengl and it seems to be working now. However when I switch from the main driving screen to the screen that has a small window and gives the times etc I get contant flickering. If I then exit this screen i get a windows error box and the game closes. Any ideas ? The frame rate seemed quite ...

I've seen there are edited rosters that seem to have their own sliders but I wondered if someone could point me to the ultimate roster and sliders so that I can start a realistic franchise.

Sorry but that other thread talks about 1 slider set. It doesn't mention rosters very much or how well suited roster sets and sliders are together.

When playing a franchise what length should (simmed games) be set to give good results ?

I'm about to start with this game again but have a problem and a couple of questions -

Problem - Whenever i play a game 1 of the endzones is always the Arizona Cardinals and the other is the home team. Its the same in season and the one off games. The coaches always seem to be dressed in Arizona ...
