NFL 2k5 - Questions

I'm about to start with this game again but have a problem and a couple of questions -

Problem - Whenever i play a game 1 of the endzones is always the Arizona Cardinals and the other is the home team. Its the same in season and the one off games. The coaches always seem to be dressed in Arizona red as well. How do I change this ?

What season settings should I use to prevent franchise problems (bad trades etc) ?

I'm going to use the latest candyman edits and sliders as i've heard they're very good.

I'm playing on xbox and have already had a couple of freezes. Always just after the pregame show while looking at the fans on the way to the stadium. Any fixes ?

Any other advice ?
