I believe that was also assault with a weapon though, so there is a difference.

Why should the Pistons be punished until Pacer players return?

Because Scoop, the Pistons as an organization are getting off scott free when they are just as much if not more to blame than the Pistons. Ben Wallace, a PISTON, acted like a f*g, getting mad at a hard foul (not flagrant) because his team was getting it's ass kicked. He then refuses to let things go and acts like an idiot, getting the crowd fired up. The PISTONS security allows the crowd to start acting like idiots, and a drunk ass PISTONS fan throws a cup at Artest. The Pacers players acted like idiots as well, but the Pacers organization is the only one being punished.

When I did something bad as a kid, my mom did not hand me a fudgecicle. Punishment is supposed to deter you from doing something you did that was bad. If before the game, somebody comes up to the Pistons and says, "Hey, we're going to have some drunk ass fans come in and start s*** with the Pacers. When the smoke clears, we will get arguably the Pacers three best players suspended for a total of more than 100 games, and all you have to do is lose Big Ben for 6 and pay a fine. What do you say?" You don't think they would jump at that? What the f*** kind of punishment is that?

I've never seen someone so up for arguing as you Kaz. Do you have a boner while you type your responses in these threads? I don't know whether to take you seriously at times or not.

Gee Scoop... I'm not at all bothered by XXXIV's rambling but I will admit to being bothered to see you write that.. I wrote what I thought was a pretty decent response to a question that *you* asked me.
