So this is the second time you've tramped out the "Microsoft quit after 4 years" argument, by your assessment "because they were getting pummeled by $ON¥" (See how fun that is!)
So, despite coming out with a system (Xbox) that included better graphics capabilities, an included hard drive and a comprehensive online strategy, MS somehow owed it to the industry to remain behind in the last generation and continue being "pummeled"?
So with an additional year of development and resources at their disposal and an eager fan base ready to camp out since the Killzone teaser saw light of day, Sony comes out with a wet fart of a release and it's MS's fault?
Your comment that this is an Xbox board in the other thread is also off base. I've owned every major console released since the Atari Jaguar in 1993, PS3 and Wii currently notwithstanding although I may very well grab a Wii (ahem) for Zelda and maybe Rayman. When the PS3 comes out with a few desirable games that exceed any experience I can have on the 360 or the price of the console becomes more palatable, then I'll consider a purchase. If that makes me an Xbox fanboy, then one's standards are pretty low.
