All these guys do a great service to the college football gaming community, but it's like a friggin soap opra when NCAA comes out and all the roster makers fight for the "first release" of their roster set.SoMisss2000 wrote:He may not charge, but he steals and that has been proven. I think you would be pissed if you took the time to edit all those teams and then someone steals your work and passes it off as their own. Dude accepts donations from people for work THAT HE DOESN'T DO. I know each one of us had taken the time to edit a few teams. It's tedious. I'd be pissed too if someone did that to me. The guys don't ask for any money, all the want is the recognition for their work. I'm glad that we have a couple guys in the gaming community that are willing to take the time to do this for US.MizzouRah wrote:Lindner doesn't charge for his either. Man it's funny how serious these "roster" wars get. Who really cares?SoMisss2000 wrote:nope, he's never done that. That would be that DTLindner guy who steals his FK's and others' rosters and sells them as his own. FK has the game now and said the rosters would be finished on the 18th.
If Lindner did steal a roster set, he's sure gone a long way claiming his fame of roster creation - for all other sports games as well. He's even the one recognized by EA. That would be one hellacious set of balls.
