Great game. Yeah, Blake is uber-fast and Moya really matched up poorly against him. Moya is all power with no speed at all (like 2 stars I think?). I tried to come to the net and would have chances to put him away but would either net it or go wide with top spins (I think Moya's volley skill is average too). Nice match Slumberland (did your mic not work? I was trying to talk but didn't hear a response so I gave up).Slumberland wrote:Blake over Moya, 6-3, 6-2.
Awesome match, Jon!

I will try, I was sick the last few days, and lastnight was the worst. I woke up at 12:30am with a fever of 103.4 and let me say it sucked and was a miserable night. I can probably play but I doubt I can start as late as you would like. I need to get some sleep
So, if you can start at say 10 est I would be willing to give it a a shot. If not it will have to wait unitl I start feeling a little better.

Can't wait. I'm itching to play with the chicks online... I think it will result in some longer rallies.Zeppo wrote: likely a similar deal with the women Pros.
Any ideas on what surface to play on? Perhaps clay or grass for something different?

Yeah, clay or grass definitely, since we've already done the hard stuff. I'm not sure which though. How about clay, since it's the most unique?jondiehl wrote:Can't wait. Personally I prefer grass. Clay may bring some tedious rallies among the women's side although some prefer the long grunting.Zeppo wrote:Yeah, clay or grass definitely, since we've already done the hard stuff. Hmm. I was thinking the opposite. My experience with clay has been that it actually produces shorter rallies in the game, since it's much harder to change directions when you're being run around. I'd be up for whatever though.10spro wrote: Personally I prefer grass. Clay may bring some tedious rallies among the women's side although some prefer the long grunting.
