I guess NoResin has a bigger dislike for "Resin" than I do. Oh well.

 Answer me this. How could you let SR go down the drain like you did? Did you even try to leave it in good hands? Did you think anyone would take a "third person" ignorant ass such as Superior Man seriously? I believe in "mods" to an extent. Resin and anyone else who purposely tried to bring down the site should have been banned. It would have been that easy.
 
 Instead, it´s as if you set up SR to fail after you left. Why do such a thing?

OK -- that´s it. This thread and all about the fate of SR and any correlations to DSP will stop, or I´ll lock them.
 
 Anyone who has questions about the past, present and future state of SR can go there directly and ask the proprietor du jour.
 
 Seriously, no one at SR gives three shits about the state of DSP anymore, and the feeling is mutual. Let´s just try an uneasy truce, concentrate on our respective sites and conduct this bickering and hand-wringing in private. Ignorance is bliss in this case.
 
 I´m really sick of this s***. It stops here, at least at this site. Anyone who perpetuates this crap in the DSP Forum will be subject to a ban. I don´t care who the violator is, and I don´t give a s*** whether people like the idea of bans or not.
 
 This is a gaming forum, not a psychiatrist´s couch. End of story.

 I can remember someone getting very upset at SR a few months ago when it was decided that certain threads would be locked or deleted. Does anyone remember who that was? I hope that threads don´t start disappearing and getting locked here at DSP.

 How ingeniously observant of you. Yeah, the moaner and whiner was me. Feel better?
 
 And yeah, Jared and I can ban or lock as we please here at DSP, as Jared and I NEVER have said there would be no bans or locks here. We have said all we want is civil, adult discourse about sports, music, life, etc.
 
 So we still reserve the right to run this forum the way we want. Thankfully the adult, civil nature of 99.7 percent of the posters in here has made bans and locks unnecessary.
 
 The policy I described above has been consistent since the fateful day Jared let me come here. There are no forum rules du jour at DSP, unlike other sites.
 
 You can call my administration of the DSP forum hypocritical; I call it consistent enforcement of the rules.
 
 Certain people have a real problem with forum moderation. Those who criticized BDoughty when he was at OS, for example.
 
 Brent did a GREAT job moderating the OS forum. Sure, he pissed a lot of people off from time to time, myself included, for what seemed to be heavy-handed moderation. But the OS forum rules were clearly spelled out, and Brent upheld them to the letter of the law.
 
 Moderating a forum the size of the one at OS is a thankless job. And Brent did it well and consistently. He almost single-handedly kept that place from becoming IGN Jr., filled with Mountain Dew-infused shitheads using "ROXXORS" and "SUX" every other sentence.
 
 Yet Brent was s*** on more than any person in the virtual sports gaming world despite doing a good job. Moderating a forum is like being a referee -- no one says a word when you do a good job, but they scream bloody murder the second they feel wronged.
 
 I acted like a childish f*ck toward Matt when I was battling with him over his forum moderation this summer. I was wrong. Lesson learned.
 
 When it comes to forums, it´s the moderators´ way or Trailways, like it or not. That´s not a power trip; it´s structure and order. You can see it as you please.

 There was no change of heart about locking threads and issuing bans at DSP. Again, we´ve NEVER said there would be no bans or locks at this forum. Fortunately, we´ve only had to ban one person.
 
 But I have felt a change of heart toward the whole forum censorship episode with Matt: It was his forum, and he could run it anyway he wanted. I was wrong then and admit it now.
 
 Mea culpa. A term maybe you could learn between your frequent bouts of omniscience.

You figured it out, I am in cahoots with Resin. I´m also a big-time fighter for internet freedom, as the archives from SR will show...or perhaps not since unlike others I wasn´t up in arms at every tiny change in policy back at SR, as a matter of fact I just sat back and enjoyed the posts of adults debating whether or not the word "s***" was grounds for a thread being locked. That´s why I thought PK´s post in this thread was so ironic as he had posted 1,000 word essays on SR defending his right to write "s***" and not have it locked. He threatened to leave the internet altogether if his right to write "s***" in an SR post was taken away, he was waving the flag for "s***" typing for the entire internet community and many other freedom lovers worshipped at his altar, or "*****" altar as he would have put it at that time.
 
 So I bring it up in sarcastic fashion and it´s "man the battle stations" from PK, firing off multiple posts comparing me to Resin, etc. Calm down chief. As long as I´m a part of DSP I´m going to make sarcastic comments and play devil´s advocate, just as you play the part of the holier-than-thou 1,000 word manifesto know-it-all. It´s the internet and we all have our roles to play.
