Sure, a few teams won by sizable margins, but the Houston Texans are my team of the week.

The Texans were the first expansion team to win its opener since 1961. Plus they beat Dallas to claim in-state bragging rights with a poised performance by the entire team, especially David Carr.

I´d have to agree. Although I´m not sure that Houston can keep this up. Dallas´ horrible play had quite a bit to do with their victory. But still...Carr looked really good at times, and Houston´s special teams made some great plays.
Also, Atlanta (even though they lost) was impressive. I wouldn´t be surprised if they make the playoffs, with the way Vick has started to play.

I´m gonna say Denver. Really held the Rams well.

After last nights game, I must say the Pats looked the most impressive. Tom Brady is a stud. Too bad my Boys don´t have a q´back of his caliber.

The Pats did look real good last night. I was also impressed with the way Denver played the Rams. It´s always hard to tell that first week, but come this week, watch out! I´m looking forward to seeing how Pitt tries to rebound after that beating last night. I´m sure Cowher will have them ready (and if not ready, deaf from his screaming at them!).
