Playing Madden ONLINE against SR regulars has been a total blast. Best gaming I´ve had in years, bar none.
<BR>
<BR>We log in, and most of us can chat in the SR chat room while we play. Lot´s of blow by blow updates,trash talk, and even some delay of game penalties due to people talking about a play in SR chat!
<BR>
<BR>Fun stuff. Xbox live with voice chat should bring the trash talk to a whole new level.
<BR>
<BR>One thing, with Xbox live, we could technically watch another 2 people play NFL2k3 right? Just have more than 2 people join, but only 2 people actually play. Would the others then be able to watch? Might be fun if it was a matchup between some people you know.

I´ve played a little Madden online on the PS2, and it is really lonely not being able to talk to the other guy. You´re constantly guessing what the other guy is thinking, how he´s reacting to a big play, etc. Xbox Live is really going to raise the bar. Of course, I´ll have to get NFL 2K3 and learn some skills, or I´ll be forced to watch others play! That wouldn´t be nearly as fun...but still nifty if you know the other guys and they have a grudge match going on.
