Just curious what the consensus, if any, there is in here concerning the King/Queen/Alien of Pop and the trial. Did he do it? Will they get him if he did? This just seems a little more serious than the past "pay off" trials.

I think he's guilty. I also think the parents that let their kids get near this freak after his settlement the first time this happened are just as guilty as him.

Just kidding...dude is a piece of sh*t and I hope he dies. People like that do not need to live in the world, ruining little children's lives before they have a chance to do it themselves. Child molesters are the scum of the earth...in my opinion, the worst human alive. I have no qualms with saying that they should all die...especially because I believe it 100%. Now, all of these parents who lets their kids go over to his house AFTER allegations were brought forward...they need to be seriously looked at. A little psycho analysis wouldn't hurt either. What parent in their right mind would EVER do that...unless it was for some monetary gain as JD said.

At one time I thought he was innocent...maybe a little weird, but innocent. Just from the evidence I have heard so far, I have changed my opinion to guilty. I've always liked the guy, but having a 8 and 10 year old myself just puts a whole different face on this for me.
To begin with, no adult in his right mind would ever show a 9 year old boy nudie magazines. And no adult takes showers with a 9 year old, even his own son. I think we all know that around 3 or 4 is when the shower taking with daddy ends.
There seems to be no real proof that he ever drilled one of these kids in the ass, but there's already enough stuff out there to classify this guy as a pedophile.
I hope they find him guilty.

So, far...you may be right...I think he's as guilty as sin. I thought so way back when, but when the parents saw dollar signs, they folded. Jacko is getting his ass handed to him in court right now. I haven't followed the current trial much, but he's clearly demonstrated signs of being a pedophile for quite some time. Like Badgun, I don't know if he's committed actual sexual act with a child, but if he hasn't already, it's probably only a matter of time before he does.
I can't wait to see him play the victim card if he gets convicted.

You cannot admit publicly to having young boys sleeping in your bed and not expect people to believe you are a sick pedophile. I feel very sorry for these innocent children. OK, i haven't really followed much of this case. Can someone fill me in on the evidence. Up until this trial i pretty much thought the claims were bogus. People will do anything for money. However since this one has actually made it to trial i'm curious what kind of evidence they have. Is there anything that has been presented so far that clearly points to him being guilty? I've always thought the guy needs some serious help, but I never like to assume someone is guilty until i see hard evidence. That's just me. My dad's a lawyer and i'm big on science so i live by proof.

I'm not trying to defend Michael Jackson, but I have issues with the testimony of the security guard who claimed he saw Michael giving oral sex to the 9 year old boy. I guess my problem is , how can an adult witness that, and not take any action. He didn't try and stop it, he didn't run to the cops, he didn't confront Michael. He waited until he was subpoened before he said anything. If the security guard isn't lying, he should be locked up as well.
