OT: Need a PC photo album program (close to iPhoto)

Ok guys I am doing the research as we speak. But I am in desperate need of a free photo album progam for the PC. I need to get a butt load of photos off of iPhoto and into another program for the PC.

Any recommendations would be very appreciated.
