DSP NHL Week 5 scheduling

Deadline is the 6th.
I'm enforcing the deadlines, but only two games got played in week 4.

Still trying to find a replacement for blublub. Hope he's okay in real life. He totally disappeared from the league and this forum without warning.

I already know that this wednesday I can't do a gamenight, and I'm out for tuesday night, as well. But those of you who want to meet up in the lobby and make wednesday the game night from now on should definitely go ahead and do that, though I don't agree with the idea that you should automatically lose if you don't show up.

Sully, I can play tomorrow night. What's better for you, 10, 1030, 11, or 1130 eastern?

I'm Toronto. If my opponent is available tonight i can play around 10:30. Not sure who it is though so i rely on them posting here. Let me know.

Is week 4 done? I tried to contact Sully, but he wasn't online when he said he was going to be. I dont know why so few games are being played. I think this league lost it's momentum a few weeks ago when everything was just taking forever. Maybe we should just start doing weekly tournaments and whoever shows up, shows up???

When only 2 games get played, that means there's no interest. I'm not one to join a league only to get week after week of unplayed games.

np Sully.....at least you made an effort. I'm just disappointed in the apathy over this league. This is a great game and deserves a great league. Maye we need to start over with a smaller number of "hardcore"

Let's wait and see how this week goes.
I'm all for a hardcore group, but I don't want people who weren't playing in this league to think they're all of a sudden hardcore and want to join the other league. I've played all 4 of the games so far and have been having a blast. The league can be really fun if you play your games.
And I don't wanna hear any complaints about the deadline. I'm moving it along at 12AM EST of the day you see on there, and that means that if the deadline day is november 1st, the deadline passes one minute after 1159PM on october 31st, not on november 1st. Hope everything's straight.

No. I'm playing my NFL game with Sudz tonight at 1030pm.

Since you can't play tomorrow night or Wednesday night, we can set a solid time for Thursday night. How about 10pm EST?
