Moto GP2

Post by Dave »

Looking for some help here.

Against my better judgment I went ahead and stopped by the Toys R Us near my office to see what they had from the 50% off sale.

They had some copies of Moto GP2, which the one near my place didn't (unfortunately they had Thunder '04, ugh). What do you guys think of this one?

I'll admit that I probably need another racing game like I need another football game or hole in the head, but for $20 it is tempting to add a moto game to the collection.

Anyone still have it or play on Live?

Thanks,
Dave

I still have it but haven't taken it on Live for quite some time. I highly recommend picking up Moto GP 2. It is the best motorcycle racer on the market and argueably one of the best racers period. For $20 it's a steal.

F.N.A.

Who has five display copies of a game but actually does not carry a game? Stupid Toys R Us.

Maybe they'll replace those bogus games with Indycar 2005 or TOCA 2, since they had about 10 copies of each, yet none on display.

I had really talked myself into looking forward to this one.

Instead, I walk out with Burnout 2.

So true.

I sold Halo but will never part with this one.

Keep rubbing it in guys, thanks!

I guess I'll have to look for a good deal on this one elsewhere. I've never played any of the Moto GP series, sounds like I've missed out.

I sold it and very, very much regret it. I can count the number of games on one hand of which I can say the same.

Buy it now!

Take care,

I love MotoGP 2 and still play it some to this day to try and keep my skills sharp.

I normally race in first-person perspective (the view that tilts the most) and without arrow indicators. Keeping the bike on the road alone while racing this way -- let alone putting up any good laps -- will be a big challenge for the unexperienced, but I think this is by far the best way to play this game.
