According to reports from ESPN today the accuser and her lawyer are going to meet with prosecutors very soon to decide whether or not to even go through with the trial. Supposidly she may not want to go through with it because of what it might do to her reputation and state of mind, what with all the detailed info about her sex life that will be revealed. They will also decide whether or not to pursue a civil suit. Not to say it's a sure thing but things aren't looking all that great for the prosecutions case.
