Well this is a nice setup for the Pats, knowing they will be playing to host the championship game against a lower seed than they expected.

While I am not expecting the Texans to beat the Pats, after watching what happened today in Denver, NOTHING is a given......

Manning had a win but for one of the greatest failures of the prevent defense in history.

Exactly that game is a lock despite Manning not playing his best game. I'd be willing to bet half the guys on this forum could of knocked that pass down. That was the worst defense I have ever seen. Aside from that you need one first down and you run it 3 times into the line, for fucks sake your defense was horrible what game was Fox watching.

Then 31 seconds on the 20, 2 time outs and a kicker who has booted close to 60 yarders before and you take a knee. I've never seen a team give a game away worse than I did tonight. I wonder if the Broncos secondary had a bet in and just cleaned up.

The real question is why the safety wasn't standing on the goal line. You tackle Jones in the field of play and no way you get the entire team 70 yards down field in the 30 seconds and get a play off. Just a stupid alignment made even more dumb by the horrible angle taken. I blame the coaches more than the safety.

Oh I don't disagree with you for a second but he actually recovered and then still failed to make the play. It looked like a pop warner play.

Oh and the only reason I care is I would of won close to $5000 dollars if the Broncos had won the GD Superbowl.

Yes, God forbid that someone can change their tune based upon new results.....the Texans did win last week when I thought they were one and done. Hopwever, if they play TODAY like they did last week, they will not win today. What happened in Denver CAN happen in Foxboro today, but I still do not think the Texans WILL win, but I am not ruling out the fact they CAN win. Or do you just want to sit there and take cheap shots from the nickel bleachers.....

Can't imagine the Denver fans are taking that loss well. Some very conservative decisions near the end, along with that inexplicable f*ckup in the secondary at the end of regulation sealed their fate.

Props to the Ravens for going into Denver and pulling out the win.

Think the only thing worse than Denver's secondary yesterday was Green Bay's team defense - yikes!

Falcons just scored again on a long, clock-eating drive. As vaunted as their defense is, if RG3 doesn't get injured, they probably don't shut down the Redskins after going down 14-0.

Last week as the game wore on they looked stronger and stronger. Whether RG3 was injured or not, they were a superior team especially in the second half where the D played very strong.

I don't see that happening today.
