I thought Legend was a great time. It's what brought me back into the series. Anniversary was okay, but it suffers from being mostly a port of the original game where they added the new mechanics found in Legend. Anniversary is not bad, but Legend really is great fun and feels less forced. Unfortunately, Underworld felt kind of boring, and I never finished it. Apparently we will see another new Lara Croft franchise next fall, according to Wikipedia. It will be an open world game.
