Danimal,
Wolfe is Angelo's pet project. Heard reports this week that he was not happy that Peterson was getting touches ahead of him, so Turner worked him in.
Not a Turner fan, but I think he's ok. His playcalling is generally alright, although I wasn't happy with that 3rd down call to Wolfe. But if you think he's the worst OC in the league you really need to watch more NFL Sunday Ticket. He's not an innovator, but there are some real jokers out there collecting paychecks.

I don't have a problem with the overturn, when you're so close to the end zone you have to give your team a chance. Of course I still think it was a fumble but like you mentioned it was the poor sidearm pass by Seneca and missed FG's that finished the Hawks today.Brando70 wrote:Not the most graceful of Bears wins, but I'll take it. Briggs picking off that Wallace forward pitch was a huge break. I also think they got a bit of a gift when Forte's fumble was reversed.
How about Pittsburgh being 1-2 and the Titans 0-3? Wouldn't have expected that this year.
The challenge made perfect sense, I was just surprised that they overturned it because the replay didn't look conclusive. I think it was payback for those unis10spro wrote:I don't have a problem with the overturn, when you're so close to the end zone you have to give your team a chance. I also still don't understand how the offsetting penalties on Brad Maynard's 11-yard punt didn't offset.

Too offset both penalties need to be accepted. Seattle declined the penalty, because the enforcement of the penalty would of been a re-kick. The Bears took the penalty which was holding which just moved them back 10 yards.Brando70 wrote: I also still don't understand how the offsetting penalties on Brad Maynard's 11-yard punt didn't offset.

Ah, see, if only the people announcing the game had explained that. I never realized that there was any choice involved -- I thought it was automatic and couldn't recall ever seeing a situation where the penalties were not offsetting if both teams were involved.Danimal wrote:Too offset both penalties need to be accepted. Terrible announce team, you could feel the tension with the color guy and Stockton, since old dick kept cutting him off. He cut him off at one point and the color guy didn't say anything for 5 minutes.Brando70 wrote: Ah, see, if only the people announcing the game had explained that. Could be let's hope. Well Dolfans were clamoring for Henne so know they'll get to see if he's the next Mark Sanchez who btw will be in Miami in two weeks.dbdynsty25 wrote:Nah...I think Henne will surprise. Plus they can still run the sh*t out of the ball against a lot of defenses.Rodster wrote:I say 3-13 and watch all the loser Dolphin fans wanting a new HC before the end of the year.
Sorry guys, The Skins and the Rams are not even close to the Browns status as the worst team in the NFL. They can very easily lose every game this year. And the Bucs are not much better. Thank God for Dtv and the Red Zone channel.XXXIV wrote:lexbur wrote:Going back to last season, the Browns' offense has now scored only one TD in the last 38 quarters, that's 9 and a half games.
Holy crap!...I'm pretty pissed with the Rams 3 TD's on this season....I should be grateful

35-0

24 points in 4 games including 2 shutouts. 24 points. Thats how many points the Lions scored today in a loss...Its so f***in pathetic all you can do is laugh...
Only one question remains....Rams 0-16?
The Lions winning streak done at 1.
Bears legit? Look it to me.
Patriots and Brady arent dead yet.
The Titans look dead.
Dolphins just grind up the Bills.
The Bengals win again...They are one Orton miracle away from 4-0.
The Saints, Colts , Giants and Broncos? all 4-0....Waiting to see if Vikings join em.
