Yes, that was a great game Johnny! Really enjoyed it.

Was a little disappointed at the lack of league members showing up last night. Hope to get more games in over the weekend.

Naples and I played 2 games tonight. Here are the results.

Game 1: BOS 3 - PHI 2 (A furious comeback by the Flyers in the 3rd period that almost tied the game).

Game 2: PHI 5 - BOS 4 (Down 5-1, Boston scored 3 goals in the 3rd period but the rally fall short).

Sorry Seanmac.....I wanted to play but it wouldn't let me click into "ready". I've seen that happen from time to time and there
doesn't seem to be any explanation as to why it happens.

I've had that happen a couple of times where one or the other person wasn't able to click ready, you just have to hit the b button to exit out to end that session and resend the game invite and then it should work.

Pittsburgh wins at Colorado tonight 5-1 with the help of a hat trick from Sidney Crosby.

The rematch game in Pittsburgh saw an offensive explosion by both teams and the Avalanche were able to come away with a 6-4 victory with Paul Stastny leading the way for them with 2 goals.

Two very fun games tonight with some pretty goals scored by both teams.

LEAGUE NOTICE
Wil....you are 2 games short of the minimum right now. If you can get them in before Tues nite, I won't deduct any points, but as of Wed morning, I will have to deduct 1 point for every game under 10. Sorry, but those are the rules and I have to be fair to the rest of the guys who are doing a great job of playiung their games.

Everyone else......lets get going! We don't have many games left. If you are having trouble hooking up, leave your opponent a pm and exchange cell numbers, if you don't mind doing that. That way you can call each other when you are ready to play.

Another suggestion I highly recommend is making a list of who you still need to play and keep it near your console/TV. That way when you see them online you can try and get your game in.

That is what Avs fans are asking after a pair of humiliating defeats to the Flyers in league play. The post-Patrick Roy tandem of Peter Budaj and Jose Theodore were both embarassed by the Flyers offense in scores of:
