C'mon Naples give him a break. It's his open attitude towards an offensive Argentine squad that's making them one of the more exciting teams to watch. I still have my reservations about the D, but they're due for the big price. You can hate Diego all you like after they are champions.Naples39 wrote:I'm torn on the argentines. Say what? Diego Armando has been the most charismatic figure in an otherwise desultory World Cup!Naples39 wrote:I'm torn on the argentines. Seem like one of the most exciting teams in the WC, but I want to see Maradona lose so badly.
I'm with Naples. Maradona is a pox on humanity. Charismatic yes, but I still would be more likely to swerve to avoid a squirrel on the street than him.pk500 wrote:Say what? Seems like Spain's loss to Switzerland kicked the tournament to life, though. The exciting play continued today.
You cats need to loosen up. I'm not English, so I love Maradona! A real character. He almost looks like an Argentine version of Chris Farley's "Tommy Boy" on the touchline.RobVarak wrote:I'm with Naples. Maradona is a pox on humanity.
