I have been able to get the deal of the day in store. Even if it doesn't ring up, Bestbuy store will usually match the Bestbuy.com advertised price.

They are required to match their online prices now. It's part of their policy. They will also match Amazon.com. They are trying to get rid of the window shoppers that go in there to get their hands on items and then go home and order the item cheaper on Amazon. So yes PK, you should be fine.

Thanks for the tips, boys. I have decided against buying NCAA 14 today with this deal, understanding that the demo didn't tickle my pigskin loins that much. This is just a very mediocre year for EA football -- an annual theme -- for the current generation.

I'll probably stick with my plan to trade Madden 25 for FIFA 14 as long as the demo, which is released next Tuesday, is as good as I expect. Maybe I'll buy a football game cheap on Black Friday. But I don't yearn for video football so much that I MUST have one of the new titles, especially when both are as uninspiring as the EA offerings this year.

I wholeheartedly, full-throatedly, unswervingly...disagree. NCAA 14 is one of the best, if not the best, in the series thus far. Demos be damned. Demos are 2-3 months old, and hardly grasp the fullness of the package at release, anyway. I LOVE this version, and I actually skipped most of 12 and all of 13 because I'd grown tired of the 'mediocrity' of the series. There's alot the same...but the different is very, VERY good.

I owned NCAA 13, so I'm going to pass on 14. I think the legacy flaws in EA football games bother me even more than the lack of innovation in this generation. We see the same damn warts, year after year.

I'd consider NCAA 14 if the release version showed the greatest progression from the demo of any EA football game. But I doubt that happened. The gameplay in the NCAA 14 demo felt like an incremental progression from 13, not a revolution. That's classic EA.

The defense was non-existent at most skill levels. Maybe that's an accurate mirror of college football, the aspect of that flavor of pigskin that I dislike the most.

With the PS4 coming out in a few months I'm going to be selling my PS3 Slim. It's a 160GB model and in very good shape. Before I EBay it i figured I see if any of you guys are interested.
