I finally got my epic shield for a kick-ass price, had to do a 4 way deal that took about an hour and resulted in me getting this shield (Blackskull Shield - leve 41 - Block 30 - 1850 armor)
Last night i see the same shield In AH with a very low price (35 gold), bought it and currently have it up for about 100- 150 gold.
I'll soon be a level 44 Warrior and this shield will last into the upper 50's. What's funny is that just before i turned level 40 and was worrying about getting gold to pay for mount...a Coyote in Badlands happened to drop an epic 1 handed sword which i sold before hitting AH for 105 gold which easily paid for my mount.
This game man.....sigh.

I'm stagnating a bit in the 18-20 range. I just levelled up to 21 by finally exploring Elwyyn Forest a bit, but I'm still spending a lot of my time mining and selling. I'm also helping some lower level friends.
All in all, I'm having more fun with the game than I was a week or two ago, which is really saying something!

I just ordered 512MB more for my machine. I'll be at 1gig.GROGtheNailer wrote:That memory really helped eh sudz? I think i'd better do the same as only 512 Ram makes for some choppy play entering bigger towns...UC or Ogrimmar.
I do love this game, I play with a few different characters. it is highly addictive and an artistic gem.
That being said, I do ache for some sort of story line, and in that regard, I've decide to play the KOTOR games on my PC.
Also, I've got a setup now that I can ride my stationary bike while playing on the PC. (Wireless keyboard and mouse.) This way at least some of that playtime is put to good use getting exercise.
Last night as I was running away from a mob I noticed myself pedalling faster on the bike...

that is awesome....James_E wrote:GROGtheNailer wrote:That memory really helped eh sudz? I think i'd better do the same as only 512 Ram makes for some choppy play entering bigger towns...UC or Ogrimmar.

Well, I tried it, and I must say it doesn't really do anything for me. I guess I didn't really chat to enough people early on, and it doesn't seem to have a lot of teamplay, at least on the server I was on.
Still playing City of Heroes though, having a lot more fun with that, even if I guess it isn't as deep.

"The players come from all over the world, the money from deep underneath the Persian Gulf, but, as another, older City poster campaign put it, this is their city. They may now exist in the global spotlight, but they intend to keep it that way."

Now having said that Im going to shoot someone if I dont get a new PC soon...The lag in the cities is really starting to make Me sick. I almost had a heart attack when the game froze on me on My initial trek to booty bay.
