Well boys, I guess the league is dead. A shame to get to week 14 and have to bag it but no one is playing their games. (Well, some are, but we have a whopping one game played this week after 5 days)

If you all want me to keep it active, I will, but I think folks have just lost interest.

I won't lose any sleep if it ends. But I have my game scheduled with Brando for this week.

Last week I missed my game and it was totally my fault, I just didn't have the time.

Couldn't you advance it to the playoffs for those teams? Just advance through the weeks.

Damn! I've got my game scheduled too. I'm all for advancing to the playoffs with interested parties, if there's enough support.

FWIW, I'm wondering if the way to go with these long-term leagues isn't with a shorter, more intense schedule when the game is released. We may have been able to get in two games / week in the Fall, but now that the baseball season's here, attention is turning elsewhere.

Guys feel free to play your scheduled games. I kinda like that playoff idea.

I'll keep playing...should we just advance to the playoffs at this point? One last hurrah for the league? I'd be for that.

I wanted to see if I could back into the POs. But, you guys can go ahead and start the post-season if that's what it takes to keep this thing going.

Bill,

I got stood up in both my NCAA and NFL games last night :( Good thing I was playing WoW on my laptop while I was waiting LOL CTShaver mentioned he had the flu, so I suspect that's why he missed our hoops game. The Ravens owner and I were all set, though. So I don't know why he didn't show.

Yeah Im gonna just advance it to the playoffs. . I stood up Gamer last night in Hoops. My daughter has a 103 degree fever so I was kinda preoccupied but still...I kinda screwed him.

An MVP league LOL. My league running days are over I think. ;) At least with a full slate of teams.

I'm all for skipping to the playoffs.

Thanks Bill. It's tough keeping a full league going.

Ummm...doesn't that usually equal brain damage? I thought that anything over 102 was VERY bad. Hopefully she's feeling better today.

Advance to the playoffs...not like I'm making them anyway.

Hope the little one is better, Bill.

db, kids get crazy-high fevers on a disturbingly regular basis. 103 in an adult is spinal tap time. In a kid it could be as inocuous as an ear infection. It's nerve-wracking nonetheless.

Hey, you did a great job with this, Bill. It was an ambitious league and we nearly finished the season with a full 32-team league.

Let's advance to the playoffs. If I make it, I'll play out.

Playoffs are ready. I did what I could with the games left, I had to decide winners and I just kinda flew through it. If you didnt make it..sorry. If you did, try to get your rnd 1 game in when you can.

It's raining here, so I should be home all day long. Name a time sometime after lunchtime and I should be able to be there.

LOL, you are the LAST person I wanted to play after that asswhipping you gave me last time.

I'm sorry for being MIA for just about the entire week. I was ridiculously busy over the last few days. But things should die down for me to get back in the mix for something this week.

Hey Jared, let me know when you can play this week and I'll see what I can do.
