What is even more of a joke is the fact that he is getting off with 2 misdeameanor charges. If it had been you, I or Joe Blow we would be sitting and rotting for a few days while they decided how heavy to charge us. This is BS the way athletes are head at a higher standard, unless of course they were a non-liked athlete. Top it all off they found marijuana in his car as well, only enough to charge another misdeameanor however, but he wasnt even charged with that.
 
 I am really curious to see what the NFL is going to do to him tho. Might be more punishment there then the locals could ever give him.

What is amazing to me is what he said to defend himself. In the clip on ESPN.com, he said something to the effect of, "I was confused by the directions I was given and wasn´t sure where to go."
 ... so according to Moss logic, when a traffic person stands in front of your car and you are confused what to do, push her with your 2000 pound vehicle until she falls flat on her face.

Maybe Madden 2004 will have a special Randy Moss mini-camp! See how many traffic cops he can hit in 60 seconds or less. I´d play it...
