Just want to point out that EB is having a nice sale on all used console systems. Xbox and PS2 will be about $100 and i think gamecube is gonna be something like $50. I might want to pick up a gamecube and some of the older games that have dropped in price.

Yeah man. Games like Eternal Darkness, Metroid Prime (I haven't got the 2nd one yet, KOTOR II is eating me up now), and a couple others are well worth it IMO.

Are you refering to EB? I saw that deal on the Xbox and PS2 but it also required a trade in of 5 games to get that price. So you are only getting $6-7 per game as trade in since used PS2's and Xbox's are $129 by themself. They also said they expect used consoles to drop back down to $119.

Madden pc is $9.95 at CompUSA

Tried to buy Tiger 2005 pc for $19.99 at CC and they don't have it in stock as of early this morning. WTF is up with that? Do they usually stock the stuff they run on sale?

CC is notoriously horrible when it comes to PC games being in stock. It's a damn miracle when I can find a PC game that they advertise at the two CC's that are in my immediate area. I use them as a last resort really...I'll only stop there if I'm already in the area.

If you are a member of gamefly, they have some great deals. Used but still they beat out most.

Well the nearest CC is 50 miles away and the thing says you can't do in store pickup so unless I can call the store and get them to hold me one, I can't take the chance on driving that far and coming up empty. I've really been wanting Tiger 05 on the pc too and this is as cheap as I've seen it.

True. I just picked up the following:

Sudeki $6.99
Manhunt $6.99
The Suffering 8.99
Red Dead Revolver $9.99

All for the Xbox and all with free shipping.

I just signed up for the free trial for the very purpose of buying some preowned games.

I'll get the games before the trial is up, cancel the trial, and never get charged for the subscription.

That said, I just picked up Madden 2005, Rallisport Challenge 2, and Mortal Kombat Deception for a total of 59.50.

If you're in Canada and you shop at Wal-mart, some of the better deals that I realized we had:

Paper Mario 2 is $48.86CAN;
Madden 2005, NHL 2005, and Tiger Woods 2005 are FOR PC are all $19.83;
Smackdown vs. Raw is $48.83;
Custom Robo is $48.83;

and some other miscellaneous games, but I believe that those ones were the better of the deals.

I just got back from Target and noticed March Madness 2005 for $29.99. I may picked it up at that price.
