Adult Gaming Enthusiasts

Post by ScoopBrady »

I stumbled upon this site today and thought I'd share it with anybody interested. It's basically a site for older gamers who don't want to deal with the typical kiddie bullsh!t on Xbox Live. I figured it could be useful for games you might own that DSPers don't play.

I've been a member there for a couple of months now. Great site, great people.

I game regularly with them, playing R6:BA, GR2, Halo 2, and various sports titles.

Those that are looking for a good crowd to resurrect SW:BF with, AGE is the place to go.

I agree. ;)

I just like the color image of the player over black/white background.

I will make one for anyone that is interested. Just need the 4 pictures you want to use and who to highlight. It can be any sport or a combination.

Wow, that site is a very cool idea. It's not that much different than the vibe around here, but it's a sanctioned vibe. They don't tolerate teen punks and make it very clear.

Thanks for the link!

Take care,

If you want one I have no problem making it. You just have to pick out the pictures. You are one of the few Longhorn fans I have come across on the internet (Here and OS) that is not a blathering idiot.

I kind of thought that's what DSP was? I stay away from OS unless there isn't much going on over here for that reason alone. Obviously you can't filter out all the punks...but overall this place is where I come to get some 'adult' views on games and life in general.

Yeah, I primarily only game with DSPers but there seems to be a lot of flavor of the months (sometimes weeks) and I'm stuck having to play randoms in games I still want to play. I know others are like that as well so I thought I'd post the link. Seems like they have a few guys who still play Battlefront and I still love that game. There's even a new level on the way and now I will be able to get some good games in.

BTW...their forums suck. You can't even get rid of the stupid ass signatures that most of the users have. It's a pain in the ass wading through the pictures to find the text.

Aw, boohoo.

I used to play R6 with a select group from OS. However, like every other game, it got old and nobody was playing it anymore. That led me to AGE. So instead of getting rid of a game I love to play, I've found a new group to enjoy it with.

I signed up a while ago, and have some of them on my friends list. I don't play much though.

This is a cool site, but where is the signup or registration? I can't find it anywhere. Do you simply introduce yourself in the Forum and then carry on?

Thanks,
PK

Very top right of the page. I had trouble finding it too. It's not a very well done site, but the people seem cool. This place will always be #1 though.

Thanks. Agreed on DSP, too. Nothing can replace this place for me. But AGE could be cool for those XBL games that are no longer the flavor of the month around here.

Plus we might be able to introduce more cool people from AGE to this place, which never is a bad thing.

Take care,
PK

Thanks PK for letting us AGErs know about this site and visa versa. We need more sports gamers over there for future leagues and tournaments.

I have been a member at OS for a while now, however it's not the same as it used to be. I still visit OS from time to time. I'm glad there is another site to go visit about sports video games.

I have all the ESPN titles, so send me a FR (MikeCO) if you would like. I'm mostly online late at night.

Outstanding, man. Welcome to DSP, as we look forward to hanging with you cats at AGE, and vice-versa.
