OT: I have a dielemma... in a good way :)

Post by JesseM »

I am here to beseech the DSP faithful for some advice.

I recently cleaned out the software collection and have a credit of roughly 100 smackers at the local gamespot.
I want to know what games (sports or otherwise) you would recommend. I am leaning towards beefing up my XBOX game collection.

100 bucks = at least 2 games, so give me at least 2 options...
currently I only own a PS2 and an XBOX....although... with another $50, I could pick up a GameCube and complete the gaming trinity ...Mmmmm...gaming trinity....

Any and all opinions are welcome!

[ This message was edited by: JesseM on 12-09-2002 13:06 ]
Nice deal ... tell us what Xbox games you already have, and we´ll help fill the holes in your library!

Hmm...the extra $50 to the GC would be most excellent. But that´s two games as well. Do they sell used games? Could you optimize your gaming from that?

Right now the XBOX library is extremely thin... I have Halo, Oddworld (first game I ever found that my wife enjoys), and All Star Baseball.

...but that GameCube keeps calling me...

[ This message was edited by: JesseM on 13-09-2002 04:52 ]
The Cube might be a nice idea. A lot of interesting, exclusive games for that machine.

I´m not sure of which game genres interest you, but here are three extremely solid Xbox games to consider:

1. Jet Set Radio Future
2. Project Gotham Racing
3. NFL 2K3

Oh, and if you´re into RPG´s, Morrowind is a must. I don´t like RPG´s at all, yet I still liked Morrowind.

Thanks for the input PK.

I ended up picking up the GameCube. They had a used one at the store for $119.95 and my credit came to $102. I couldn´t pass up a Cube for 18 bucks
