For those seeking an alternative to gamefly I have been hearing good things about
http://trial.gamerang.com/
They have distribution centers in California and New Jersey and are getting ready to add them in Washington and Oklahoma. Price is a little lower then Gamefly 2 and 3 games (gamefly went up in price I guess as they used be $19.95 plus tax) and they have a 3, 4 or more game option right off the bat.

An update, I tried it and I am sticking with this one. Mind you I have yet to return a game but that probably won't happend until the Oklahoma warehourse arrives. I have a few friends who use it and say is is the same as Gamefly. Of course if you are on the East Coast you have the NJ office to speed things up.
Currently on the 4 game plan for $34.80 (roomate pays for one - I get the other three). They had all the big name games in stock, just like Gamefly. The big thing for me was easy access to them via an 800#. Every time I have called they answer promptly. Gamefly hides their 800 (or they used to) and would be a much longer hold time. Again nothing against Gamefly, I just like what I am seeing from this company. Everything works the same and is a little cheaper for 2 games + and you have the option at the beginning to get more then 2. Gamefly limits you to 3 no matter what (unless you plan to use different CC#'s) and multiple accounts.
Ilikepie I did ask and according to the rep the Oklahoma branch would be opening in September. Once it opens all the shipping of games and receiving will be coming from there for those of us here in Texas. This will be great as they plan to stock all the warehouses (did not get the ETA on Washington) with games and it won't be just a ship back destination.
This is going to make my purchasing alot cheaper as now I can rent NBA Live, NHL 2005, Rocky and can try a few games I would never buy. Leaving me with under $200.00 in purchases for the rest of the year. Sticking to the Sega $19.99 titles, O Golf 2 and Fifa/TW 2005 as purchases now.

Gamerang has a pretty hot promotion... 30 days free for first time customers. I already have a Gamefly account, but this will give me a chance to play Halo 2 for free for a month, and if the service is faster (which is likely), I'll probably switch over entirely.
Here's the code... there's a place to enter it on their front page: "Games"
Leave out the quotes, of course. Cheers!
