OT: Ray Lewis vs. Terrell Owens

Post by ddtrane »

Just like Madden vs ESPN, this feud is getting old. TO did Ray Lews dance when he scored a td. Just as TO states, If they don't let him score he doesn't dance or something like that. I live in B'more and I have had enough. Ray always does his bird dance(or whatever its called) before the game and always celebrate after a big stop. He should'nt be upset that TO mocked him on his td. They basically shut him out last year when SF came to B'more. Furthermore TO should'nt bring Rays past into the feud(everyone remembers that) just keep it on the field. Basically both are wrong here and should both shut up. Opinions? Peace

The media is blowing it out of proportion, not the players.

That's par for the course though in this day and age.

Then the Madden curse would continue, and then ESPN cover athlete curse will begin.

It is kinda funnt seeing as how each one is the cover boy for a football game this year.

Guess this means ESPN really is better than Madden

Gaming aside, I could care about this "feud". It's probably a publicity stunt on both their parts to get even more endorsements. Whoo hoo, we get to hear more about two of the most selfish, egotistical, morally depraved athletes in the NFL. They hate each other, great. Now go settle it in a back alley with guns like men

For a good laugh, go to TO's website and watch and listen to the intro.

He was wearing a hat with www.terrellowens.com on it during a pregame show. Next thing I know, my wife is laughing and telling me I have to see this. Definitely worth loading up.

Maybe he can write a book along the lines of "How to be arrogantly confident while being insecure."

Neither of these guys are likeable.

As a 49er fan, I see a potential MVP we've traded away. Would the Eagles be 7-0 without him? He's a big reason why their passing game is so productive. The Eagles defense isn't as good as it used to be but it gets to play with a lead, making it more effective.

His impact on a potential championship team and the way we had to let him go just brings up memories of Haley. We had to give him away again because he couldn't stand the coaching and front office.

Most of the country probably thinks you have to get rid of "cancers" like TO. There's certainly merit in that but the Bay Area has seen that when they get rid of destructive but talented players, it never works out -- Chris Webber, Jeff Kent, etc.

Yeah, I remember seeing that hat and thinking to myself "What the hell is that all about?". I was going to check it out but totally forgot until you posted this. I just got done checking it out and that intro is hysterical. "Let's go TO, Let's go TO, Let's go TO!!". This guy is conceit personafied.
I am a patient boy.
I wait, I wait, I wait, I wait.
My time is water down a drain.

Ray Lewis is laughable.
The guy celebrates every tackle he makes like if it was a 4th and 1 stop, then someone busts his chops and can't handle it. Gets all philosophical about it.

TO is just a walking human mouth that cannot be shut up.

Both guys can talk it and walk it, but man both acts get tiresome in a hurry.

It wouldn't be fair, TO doesn't have much experience in murdering people...

You said that right. In the meantime if I were TO I'd pick my nightspots wisely.

Blah so TO did the Ray Lewis dance, big deal.

His celebrations are harmeless, entertaining , fun and I usually get a good laugh out of them..I dont understand people being mad at him for that (other then maybe the Star in Dallas one)

I can understand people being mad and not liking the guy for his comments. The gay remarks about Garcia, his feud with Mooch, yelling at Knapp on the sideline all uncalled for.

Then again, you have druggies, people who beat their pregnant girlfriends or drinking and driving while killing someone in the process...they dont get nearly as much coverage as TO...but I think he likes all the attention he gets, good or bad.

Fair enough.
TO can have OJ as a tag team partner.
Ray Ray will get Garcia.
