**wonders how many electoral votes will Puerto Rico have if it ever becomes a state and hopes PK doesn't kick him out of the thread for thinking of it outloud**

For example, I have no problem with a joke like this, or Javi's question or the "Seinfeld" references. Those are good fun. Great joke, Z!

I do have a problem with sh*t like Parker's editorializing and the posts on the first page breaking down the "swing states," with the rebuttals. Any more stuff like that or replies to those original posts, and that poster is out.

It just amazes me that some people can't follow simple, clear instructions. This isn't quantum physics, folks.

Your talking about a Buckeye fan and a Red Sox super freak. It's much more than quantum physics to them.

Now, now, Jack-diggity. That's enough! You've got your one editorializing strike against you, brother. :)

Seriously, I'm tempted just to drop this whole idea. I thought it would be simple and fun. Just post a name and a number.

Guess nothing is that simple around here, and guess it's impossible to have some fun with politics around here.

Provo:

Well, that editorial comment is directed toward me and not toward politics, plus the photo is hilarious, so you're not banned. In fact, if you don't make that your new avatar, you're the gaylord, not me. :)

But make a prediction and get your ass back to work so you don't have time to find sh*t like this, or I'll toss your ass out!

P.S.: Had a great time Friday night at your dad's gig. You and Jill were missed, big time.

Take care,
PK

I've got Kerry by 60, 299-239, with him sweeping the big three of FL, OH and PA, while also holding MI, MN and WI. I've got Bush holding onto AR and WV and winning NM and IA, but it's not nearly enough.

After mulling it over I think Kerry wins the popular vote as well.

I like Slate's site.

I'll take Kerry by 10 (Wisconsin decides it).
