ESPN 2K5 Football League

Dan and I are starting an ESPN Xbox Football league soon, and I'd like to get as many players as possible who are willing to play one game per week. We have a few players already so New England, Cleveland, Minnesota, Philly, and Carolina are taken. If you want in, email me at sportsgamer@hotmail.com, send me a PM or just reply to this thread. When we get a good number, we'll get started. I haven't set the league up yet...espnvideogames is down this morning, heh, but I wanted to let everyone know.

I just wanted to let everyone know that due to a family emergency, Pacuca had to cancel his ESPN league at SportsGamingNation. Anyone that signed up for our league there may want to join Bill's league instead.

I'd love to be in...though I have no idea who I'd take other than the Dolphins. I'll take either the Chiefs or Seattle, if they're not taken.

I'm not totally sure if I can play in this league yet, but if I can I'll take the Lions.

Do you guys have a website posting some of the rules and regulations this league will follow? Level of difficulty, substitution guidelines, etc.?

Dan's gonna set all that stuff up from what I understand. I'm just doing the recruiting. As for rules, I think we're going All pro, 5 or 6 minute quarters (I think, that could change) no equalizer, trading on, challenges on, weather on. I won't add you yet because I dont want to save a slot if you aren't ready to commit. I'm also gonna add trading rules to prevent a person from trading unfairly just to spite another player. Trades need to be approved.

Dreadedsteeler, I'm hesitant to add folks on DSP that have 1 post. Don't take offense to that but I know most of these guys (for better or for worse lol). If you join--there's no cheese play allowed. No going for it every 4th down, no onside kicks unless warranted, no exploiting, etc. If you're OK with that then you can have the Bengals.
