Indycar Series tonight?

Post by Dave »

Anyone interested in doing some racing tonight on XBL? I'm hoping to have time to jump on later tonight and would dig some racing.

Maybe around 11p Eastern?

I'm always down for some good ICS racing. I'll try to be there around 11 tonight -- if I don't fall asleep beforehand. Last night was yet another night of staying up too late ...

Our ICS 2005 racing last night was epic. Neck, Piggy, Zeppo and I had some incredible four-way scraps, especially at Kansas.

And I'll be quieter tonight, fellas. Sorry about that ... :)

Will you host, Dave?

Take care,
PK

Not sure if I can host--my 256K DSL line probably wouldn't be the best.

I'm hoping the next week or so will bring me plenty of XBL time after being shut down while trying to finish up the purchase of our new place...then again we do need to start packing...

Dave:

I'll be glad to host, but again, I may be in la-la land by 11. Plus my connection was giving us some odd, parallel-universe crap at times last night. It might be better to find another host due to those two issues.

But I'm more than happy to do it if no other host can be found.

Thanks,
PK

I wouldn't blame it on your connection, PK, it's the game. It happens no matter who is the host. Same with the random d/c's, the lock-ups, etc.

I love this game, but I am more and more reticent to play online due to all the weird issues. Last night, I think we had maybe one full race in that last hour of trying, what with all the weirdness going on. It's frustrating.

I'll be there if I'm home.

I'm off to Mexico today....not sure when I'll be back tonight.
