Guys,

Please try and check in at FGN at least daily. It's becoming too time consuming to post this info. at FGN AND DSP. Thanks.

The FGN NCAA 2005 preseason officially starts tonight at 9:00pm EST for Sunday Gamenight. Please meet in the FGN Lobby, Password NCAA to play.

However, some of you have not Registered on the League Site and Claimed your Team (2 Separate processes). Below is the list of people and their status. You must have registered an account on the League Site AND Claimed your team to play and record game results.

Please see the FGN Online League FAQ below if you have any trouble (It's the same FAQ for both PS2 and XBox leagues).

I guess I don't understand the process of 'claiming a team' or whatever. I thought I followed the instructions, but I guess you wold know if it worked or not.

Zeppo,

You did it correctly. I just validated your account. You'll now be able to enter scores, players and stats for your team.

I didn't quite understand the claiming a team process either. Just registered and clicked the manage team link, hope I did it right this time.

It says my name as owner next to Georgia.........

vader,

You registered and claimed your team correctly. I validated your account and you'll be able to edit and enter scores, stats and players.

XXXIV,

You registered on the site but you have not claimed your team. I put everyone's username as the owner of the teams when the draft was complete. It was just to help me/everyone else know who took which teams.

If you click on the 'Manage Team' link right underneath where it says Owner, it will notify me that you are the owner/manager of that team. Once I confirm that you are the correct person, your account will be validated and you'll be able to enter/edit game scores, stats and players for your team.

Please PM me (Jason) at FGN if you have any problems or questions.

It would be nice if I didn't have to jump through hoops on a site that I can't even access to start a league, a la the DSP league.

You can't access the league site? The process for joining both the DSP and FGN leagues should be the same as they are using the same exact league software.

It won't even allow me to log in...even though I've posted before on the forums.

Th league accounts are seperate from the forum accounts because we use different software to run our site/forum than DSP. Once on the league site you need to create a new account (you can use the same username and pasword as on the forum). Your account will be activated immediately (you do not have to wait for an email). At that point, you will be able to log in to the league site and claim your team.

Please let me know if you have any problems/questions.

9:00 Central Time and after is best for me. Let me know and we'll set something up. Do we just set up a lobby? If so, what are guys calling it/
