i played it and then deleted it. it must have been the bad version of the game. it didnt look that better graphically too than the show. the player faces were terrible.sportdan30 wrote: Thu Mar 05, 2026 5:10 pmLancer wrote: Thu Mar 05, 2026 2:10 pm thanks! will check this out. this is an advantage of this forum since we have so many gaming insiders like sportdan who works at playstation.Sure. Unfortunately, this game only includes an Exhibition mode and Online mode. Good ol' Konami.
Re: eBaseball Professional Baseball
some youtubers claim online has been turned on
Re: eBaseball Professional Baseball
hey sportdan - after seeing some youtubers, i can confirm online is working now. but you have to install the game, not stream play it.
it's pretty cool. you have tourney modes and different types. I beat one guy 1-0 in 3 innings. other modes you play 1 inning and some 3 innings.
you can make your own team too. there is an editor on there and uniforms are built in to mimic the mlb counterparts. you just have to change the names and logo's etc....
i suck at this game but the online mode really opens up a whole new level to it. I feel like I want to play this now more than the upcoming show game.
also the night graphics are the best. plus if you mix in rain it looks great. player faces not so much.

Yeah, some of the faces look pretty scary. Check out the Japanese version. They are much more detailed. Gameplay wise, it's pretty fun. I'm still getting used to batting and for that matter, pitching. It does seem less forgiving than The Show, which I like. I love the pitching animations in this game compared to The Show. If eBaseball had a season or franchise mode, I'd definitely play this game quite a bit. That said, I'm just not an online gamer so exhibition games can get pretty old.

hitting is very hard. unless the opponent pitches it right down the middle, I can hardly get a hit in most games.sportdan30 wrote: Wed Mar 11, 2026 10:00 am Yeah, some of the faces look pretty scary.
