Picked up FC 26 on the Switch 2 yesterday for $30. Game looks great and runs quite well. While it's not 60 fps, I adjusted almost immediately to it and look forward to some couch gaming while watching some EPL.

Heh...I got a bunch yesterday.

NHL 26 (Xbox)
Red Dead Redemption (Switch - looking forward to Dec. 2nd Switch 2 Upgrade)
NBA 2k26 (Switch)
Madden 26 (Switch)

Traveling a lot over the next few months so stocking up on Switch games.

Nice!

I'm definitely tempted by NBA 2K26, just for offline gaming. Already picked up Madden a few weeks ago when it was discounted significantly.

That's a profile in courage unless you plan to play exclusively online ... :)

Zero online - but I'm mostly using it to learn players throughout the league - kind of like I did with FIFA for soccer back in the 2015ish era. It's a good way to get familiar with players, playing ultimate team and doing challenges and whatnot. I also haven't opened it yet - still in my 10 hour EA Play trial. So things can change.

After a lot of hemming and hawing, I picked up NBA 2K26 for the Switch 2 for $25 (had a $5 dollar credit). Only got to play it for a few minutes this morning, but quite impressive! Going to enjoy playing this game while a game is on tv. Can't wait for MLB The Show.

Got a pretty nice deal on Disney + and Hulu for the year at $5 a month. Ads included...oh well.

Signed up for Sportsline for the year ($48) and get Paramount Plus and Showtime included. Sweet!

It's a Vegas odds maker site. Apparently, a lot of people on Slickdeals.net sign up to take advantage of the Paramount Plus and Showtime subscription for a reasonable cost. $48 for the year with no ads is pretty nice.
