I went to the first ever XFL game. I thought "This is cool, I can see myself getting into this." Then I watched it on TV the next weeked & I said "Damn you booze!". *click*
Being from St. Louis and without a NFL team, I probably tuned in to a few games of the XFL. They're fairly entertaining. There is definitely a pretty large contingent of fans who root on the Battlehawks. Average attendance at the dome was around 33,000 which was by far the most in the league. Can't say many were too happy finishing 7-3 and missing out on the playoffs. Hopefully, the league sticks around.
Truthfully, the USFL, XFL, and whatever Cuban's league may be should all consolidate so the talent is decent.
I've watched the USFL since Memphis has a team in it and they are using the Liberty Bowl as a staging area. The thing with modern football is if you don't have good QB play, it is just not a great watch.
