Oh boy...no idea how it's gonna run on the switch. It's not like The Show has ever been the smoothest most polished game graphically on the planet...I can't even imagine how stripped down and gross looking a Switch version will be. That said, I'd buy it in a heartbeat if it's decent...as only Super Mega Baseball has been worthy of a purchase on the Switch so far - baseball wise.

My concern is that we'll start to see more sports games go "free" this way and less and less time spent on single-player modes. I'm not into the entire opening packs/build your team online play crap.

Will play the console version on the Series X via game pass and will most likely pick it up on the Switch. Hopefully it’ll play nicely on the handheld.

Graphics and animations are identical to last year (in the trailer). I am sure this was meant to be a basic bare bones trailer to show Otahni in motion. Hopefully they have some nice reveals in the coming weeks.

I hope that they adjust RTTS to not require $$$ to be spent in order to advance to the next level.

This is an honest question but what else could they add to the game? I mean it's baseball. If the game play is solid and it is not missing anything (hello Madden, penalties, franchise mode etc) then what would one expect?

I wouldn’t expect to notice any graphics upgrades in a YouTube teaser, but I’m ready. Bring it on. I still can’t believe how great 21 looked on Series X.

I am with you on gameplay, etc. As a “The Show” veteran I have seen countless trailers, etc. They usually make sure there are some new animations unveiled. They also try and drop a tidbit or two about RTTS, stadiums, Diamond Dynasty. They will do that in the coming weeks. I was just hoping to see a few new animations, etc. with this trailer. The little things.

This is why I never watch trailers, previews, etc. of The Show...I want every little added thing to stick out when I get the game...otherwise it just feels stale.

Yes, but I believe going from PS4 to PS5 wasn’t possible last year. If you had a franchise in 21 it should be able to transfer to 22.

I was hoping it would make its way to the PC this year. Since I can currently play it via my Xbox on my PC and also via GPU cloud gaming I was hoping for a native release.
