Feels a little empty knowing it was a do over but it does suck going out so early.
Great fun.

Just finished. Had 3 or 4 nose-into-an-interior-barrier, and a few too many screw ups and out-of-control sections on the ice. I hate those sections that feel great, and suddenly it's like you're hydroplaning into oblivion.

I debated not doing it, if it makes it more fun for other guys. Scott saying I didn't count was some sh*t!

Final Results - Rally 2 - Monte-Carlo

Wow, nice run Terry. I don't think Scott meant that in a bad way. We definitely want as many as possible. I always try to shoot for under 110% of your total time. :) Didn't make it this time (112%).

Oh you count. We just don't shoot for you. No need for us to constantly be disappointed cuz we ain't catching you. 15 years of looking at your tail lights has a tendency to do that to a guy. :)

Oh I'm not actually butt hurt about it. I just figured if guys had more fun duking it out for the win I'd have no issues sitting back and watching. It's an amazing game. I twitched and archived the run if it helps anybody.

It really is the Dark Souls of racing games. It's never been more important to "go slow to go fast" in a game before. Most of the best runs (excluding the aliens on the leaderboard, naturally) look like Sunday drives.

And Don. That's a hell of a run for the Stratos. I can't drive that thing. I sat down and ran a few tests with most of the cars to see which one I could even manage, and the Stratos was the only one I couldn't accelerate with, couldn't get off a corner with, and couldn't come to grips with whatsoever. So that's quite a job, in my book!
