Do you not have a PC to play on? If so, get the Euro one...17 bucks!Wilk5280 wrote:Still waiting on WRC 6 to get its NA release. Not sure what's up there

That's a helluva deal and I snagged a copy even though I own the PC version. It runs pretty choppy on my PC so hopefully this will run slightly better and you're essentially getting the GOTY version for $10.pk500 wrote:The eSports version of this game -- which includes two cars and an extra stage for each rally -- is on sale for $10 for XBL Gold members this week.
Fun game. But I don't recommend it unless DIRT Rally is just too hardcore for your tastes.
WRC 5 is a very arcadish, point-and-shoot rally game with the full WRC license. Good fun, especially at that price. But not realistic.

I'll have to check to see if there's a Mac version. I don't really do any PC gaming though.dbdynsty25 wrote:Do you not have a PC to play on? If so, get the Euro one...17 bucks!Wilk5280 wrote:Still waiting on WRC 6 to get its NA release. Not sure what's up there

Re: WRC 5
Grabbed WRC6 for the XBOX One off Amazon for 40 bucks (region free, imported from England). I've only been able to put about 30-40 minutes into it so far and haven't really formed an opinion yet. The graphics don't really seem to be all that improved to me (definitely not the looker of Dirt Rally), but the framerate has really been smoothed out. That was the one thing that really bothered me with WRC5.
Load times have also been reduced, which is THE ONE beef I have with Dirt. I'm going to deep dive into this thing over the next few days and see what I think of it. I was generally a fan of WRC 5, minus the framerate issues, so I'm sure I'll dig this one as well.
