Stars are in major trouble with that defense and goal tending.

Yeah, the game wasn't nearly as close as the 6-1 score would indicate.

Nice to be able to enjoy a playoff win going away. Love how the Blues kept the pedal to the metal even when they were up a few goals.

Stars goalies need to turn up their reaction slider.

The blues kicked 6 different kinds of dog $hit out of Dallas. What they need to do now is win the next game. They are prime for a letdown. If they win game 4 I think the series is over. Very few teams can win 3 in a row against these playoff teams.

Such a tight series between the Pens and Caps that the 3-1 stranglehold PIT has over WAS is kind of deceiving. But they did capitalize yet again in OT as Weber mishandled the puck. I thought Caps carried a lot of the gameplay tonight as in game 3 but just couldn't solve Murray. Refs missed a clear slash from Ovie to Crosby that made a few Pens fans nervous but fortunately #87 did return. They were some heavy hits in this game that sent players flying. Pens with a solid lead and their best D-man should be back in action for game 5.

I wonder if Murray is for real? These days it is hard for a goalie to dominate for a decade at a time like Roy or brodeur did. I know he's young, but he looks like a seasoned vet. Could this be the best hockey of his life, or is he the real deal?

Hopefully they don't give him a huge check based on a tiny sample size like the wild did for d dubnyk. A guy who was a 3rd string and nearly out of hockey, but he had a great stretch and they gave him a long term deal. Pitt is smarter than that, though.

Blues absolutely gave that game away. Turnovers and dumb penalties come back to bite them.

Stars also tightened up their D quite a bit this time, they played a smart road game allowing only shots from outside the perimeter. Interesting enough it was the Blues D that looked shaky this time around. I keep saying it but don't count DAL out folks, they may lose the series but not for a lack of effort. Benn, Sharp, Spezza were the big boys that made the difference.

Key thing tonight for them, no goaltending swaps as Lethonen was solid despite the tying goal.

Tarasenko's goal was a beauty, despite DAL having an extra man on the ice.

Another great OT going on now in NAS as James Neal ties the game.

The Blues really screwed up last night. You had Dallas on the ropes and you let them back up. Crazy how fast a game can swing the other way. A bad pass in your end leads to a goal and then a stupid penalty allows Dallas to tie the game. Lehtonen was huge... not liking where this is heading. Backes looked so good this series and last night he was like a 50 year old man.

Must win tomorrow!

Well done Nashville!!!!! They are making a series out of it!

Yeah, it was frustrating that they didn't come out of that first period with at least three goals.

Let's win in Dallas and finish them off on Monday n St. Louis.

I'm not worried at all. Blues didn't play their game at all last night, credit to Dallas for part of that. Blues had ample opportunities to get around the costly turnover over by Jed, and as good as Elliott has been, timely saves are everything and a save there would have been nice. Gotta bury some of those prime chances they had last night. Get the hitting back on track and the Dallas defense will fold. Onto game 5! LETS GO BLUES!

Well, another game 7 for the Blues. At the very least, they like to make it exciting.

Lots of time left for the home team to man up and play their physical game. Smart road game for the Stars so far.

Blues came out like it was an exhibition game. How do you NOT freaking come out with fire at home in a game that could end the series???

Allen stood tall... wonder if he goes in Game 7? Not that it was Elliott's fault.. they continue to play that freaking Bouwmeester who falls down which led to the 3rd goal.

OMG.. another game 7, I'm already sick to my stomach.

I hate to say it, but I think Dallas pulls it out at home in game 7. Really want stl to win, but I just feel like Dallas will come out flying and score a lot of goals.

I think you go with Allen, and keep Elliot on stand by.

The Blues continue to make errant passes that lead to turnovers. Seems as if they're trying a bit too hard to play like the Stars.

Credit to the Stars and Lehtonen for holding off the Blues onslaught of shots.

I'll be at my daughter's choir concert on Wednesday evening.....might be better for my health to stay away from the tv.

I'm supposed to referee soccer Wednesday.. I'm with you Dan! :)

I would go with Elliott.. I think you ride what got you here. Allen did look sharp though!

How about Nashville!

Lehtonen was the only difference last night...sloppy play for the first 20 minutes and then we dominated after that...too little too late. Blues will be fine for game 7...I'm not even worried. I won't believe the Stars can beat us in a series until I see it happen.
If we play our game, we will win, if not then we can let the offseason changes begin and there will be several.
