Today is the first Twitch stream from the guys at Sony San Diego. 5pm eastern time. I think they are showing some new RTTS stuff today.
Baseball http://www.twitch.tv/sonysandiegostudio/
I'm with Danimal, as great as the series is, I'm pretty burned out as well. The only thing I play is RTTS and that's always a tease by the developer as they really don't add a whole lot to the mode to make a significant impact from year to the next.
I'll agree that the game has reached a certain level where it can't really go up anymore but its still a must buy for me. I love the development team. They are very good with their fans. I am sure there will be enough in this year's game to impress. i look forward to March 29th...as always.

I play a little NBA2k-Madden-FIFA because my kids are interested.
MLB and the golf club get my ps4 time.
A college football/hoops game would change that.
Otherwise Ive totally reverted to playing cards/dice sports games like when I was a kid. Ive grown quite a collection in the last 2 years.
Tony
So whats in your rotation cards and dice wise Tony ? Due to time limits I have shied away from the actual cards and dice even though an early 70's set of Strat cards / game and an early 80's version of Pursue The Pennant reside on a closet shelf , I've been playing a ton of Replay Baseball for the computer along with Second and Ten for the computer. Replay allows me to roll the bones and then input the roll and let the computer handle the rest stat wise. I've dabbled with Action pc baseball and football , but I keep going back to Replay. A lot of great past season options available too.
Ps4 wise The Show is adding the 6 classic stadiums (that were in the ps3 version) and that alone is a plus for me. I get some of the reluctance because of the same old ,same old and a new broadcast crew would be nice , but in the end there will be enough for me to warrant a 1st day purchase.
By sport
I play a ton of Second Season Football, a little APBA (using a super users matchup system where the ratings of all carded players matter) and I may pick up inside blitz.
I love inside the paint and classic college basketball.
Baseball-I like replay and payoff pitch. Going to purchase history maker baseball next as it allows fictional play.
I also dabble in ASG golf on the tabletop. Picked up the pc version last week. I also play some action golf.
As far as pc games, I have a bunch of the action pc games and I did the second and ten demo. Yes you can be more efficient than on the table top but I'm seem to get sleepy and bored with the of versions.
It may take two nights to play a game but I like the feeling of rolling dice or flipping FACs.
My ten year old will play most of these with me too!
I've pretty active with Second Season and History Maker Baseball, so if you ever have any questions or want a pointer to my scoresheet or game board mods, hit me up!
I joined the Platinum membership this weekend at GS where they gave me 40% value for my trade ins. Pre-ordered the MVP version where I think I get some coins for my RTTS career. Wasn't sure about it this season but the extra value for my trades bumped it up to covering the cost for MLB 16.
Currently watching the stream and there are a lot of things new in the game. Most are subtle animations, etc. Tag system revamped, 400 new animations, varying types of running styles, umpires revamped, etc., etc. They posted a LONG list that I'm sure will be posted somewhere soon.

Well your list is the same list we have seen every year since the game was released. Lol. And I'll still buy it.

There was a ton more on the list I just couldn't remember all of it
The latest stream about Diamond Dynasty and some online stuff was interesting. Looks like a ton of challenges to do to unlock stuff. They mentioned that the game is going to ship with some "secrets" not announced prior to release. Not sure what that means but I like it .
is it me or is the game finally starting to look next gen?? i've been a bit underwhelmed with the visuals in the game on the ps4... this year may change that. I love that new wide (hybrid) batting camera angle.

Ramone talked about that 'fisheye' camera on the first stream. He said he had just come up with it the night before I believe. I like it also.

Yes. You're right... it's fisheye. They were discussing it in the stream yesterday. March 29 can't get here soon enough.
