No s***. Played a quick EASHL with randoms tonight and it was a penalty called every freaking 15 seconds. A parade to the box.

What other changes are you seeing with the new tuner, Mizzou?

I just played one game in HUT online with new tuner. My opponent got about 9 tripping penalties. If you poke check and are out of position it is usually a penalty now. No more poke checking around or through their body. If a player has the puck and is protecting it to the outside, force him out wide and be patient.

I played a few games versus CPU too. I saw several shots trickle in after goalie only got a piece, but that could be because the CPU matched me up against crappy Euro teams in my HUT 1p season.

This is like yearly with this game. It's good when it comes out, then they release like 3-4 patches in 2 weeks time, and they break it. Usually by March the last patch comes out hopefully fixing their breaks.

I'm in 100% on the poke check nerf. You don't see that s*** in a real NHL game. Guys don't just rapidly poke check over and over.

EA caved and released a new tuner that apparently undoes the poke check nerf due to Internet outrage.

Too bad. It was better.

Much improved over last years effort although the menu lag is annoying. I'm glad I chose this over NBA Live 16.

The EASHL has been super laggy for me.

Any idea on the 1st roster update?

Got my full game today and it plays much better than what I experienced on EA Access. I also got 10, yes 10, HUT Gold packs free for buying the full game and they had 2 gold packs extra for playing. So total of 12 Gold packs, nice. Too bad they completely screwed up offline HUT. I'm glad it's back, but the options of picking the schedule ladder is lame. I wish they had just taken out any games when you play as rookie. Just a waste of time since it's so easy.

Would be nice if an updated roster would come out today. They had to of had it ready with just some ratings to alter after seeing the new players play in a game or two.

Always hate waiting weeks to start a BeaGM season.

I have the PS4 version and fired up the game yesterday and didn't get a prompt for the new rosters. Are they delivered automatically? I checked some of the menus and didn't see anything relating to it.

You need to go to the rosters section and download the latest update. What a crap job by EA on these rosters...Edmundson shooting right and Parayko shooting left. I don't know why I bothered to wait, I could have just created all the young guys and done an entirely better job myself. Lesson learned....
