Well I'm disappointed...I'm not seeing any beta option after booting up NHL 15 on my PS4

Search for EASHL 16 beta . yeh its totally separate from 15 it seems.

Its rough, my lad is playing for half an hour al ready and hasnt got in a game , some one is always being dropped

Nothing under EASHL or NHL 16 other than the preorder for the full game.

I was stuck in the "dressing room" for over 10 minutes and left. How the heck do you get in a game? I did some random club search and was assigned a team and it was me and others just sitting in a lobby.

For those willing to find the Dragons you gotta go to NA East and that should do the trick. Obviously EA still needs to iron out a few issues with their servers too, the click ready button, blank screens and so on. When I rejoined the night games with the boys, I was fortunate to squeeze just one game when my land line and internet connection went down.

But overall it was nice seeing the boys again and I am sure things will improve when the game gets officially released. Will be gone for the next couple of days so I'll see all again Sunday on.

Im trying to post on the EA forums in a thread with people posting with the exact problem i have but they ask me to verify my email and then it says there seems to be a problem we cant verify your account.

I think it's becoming more and more clear that Jimmy was the source of our issues......

It was fun to ride the eashl train again. After missing last year, and having a newborn during nhl14 its been ages since I have been seransded by the DJ voice of Zorba the Greek!

I played one game last night and had the worst lag I've seen in the past 10 years in an online game. I literally had half a second between stick input and any reaction on screen. And that game I was playing Center. Nothing like losing face offs 25 to 1 because you have to be psychic and predict when the ref is gonna drop the puck half a second before hand.

Second one I played RW and it seemed a bit smoother. it was only SLIGHTLY delayed, but we played some guys who were the defensemen and always wanted to be up in the attacking zone. I got breakaway after breakaway and couldn't pull off any moves because it was still delayed. I'd either run into the goalie or just shoot it on net and hope.

I don't get it, because my cable line is no slouch. But the team I'm on is on the East, too. No idea if it's an East/West thing.

Most of the DSP guys are in the east, besides Jimmy, 10s is the only other west coaster we have and he had no troubles joining us throughout the day until he lost his internet for his last game of the night, Robo 10s did end up scoring a couple of goals for us in that game.

Hopefully it works better tonight.

Fun last night boys. Sucks for Jimmy. Crazy stuff. Hope he (or EA) gets its straightened out so he can play the beta. We were having some fun with him, and he was great about it, but I'm sure we'd all be hot having to go thru that BS.

Yeah, this what I was getting at last night, and that thread seems to confirm it.

I haven't explored that Gold share thing that was mentioned, but I'm assuming it is the feature by which sub-accounts can share online privileges of the master account on the same machine?

If so, I'd definitely try setting up a sub and trying it out.

It was slightly laggy in the one game that I was actually able to play with you guys. We were up 4 or 5 to 0 and had some nice goals.

A few thoughts:

-Their goalie made some freaking absurd saves. A few seemed super-human.
-There should be a way to not let people pull their goalie unless there is a delayed penalty or it there is less than 5 minutes left in the 3rd.
-The camera I chose made it hard to play positional defense as I couldn't see my player at times. Is there a better camera?
-The game needs to make it so one team is dark and one team is white. It was purple vs blue in that game.

Jimmy definitely handled it much better than I would have. He is a gentlemen despite what anyone says.

The problem is EA but since I have buried the hatchet.... Its a beta.

It was cool reuniting parts of the club again and I enjoyed the games.

Sudz we have played almost every friday and saturday night for the last three years.

I played last night if that's what you want to call it. Obviously I pretty much suck, especially on defense. I find it difficult to stay in front of the guy with the puck, and was burned a handful of times. I apologize for my crappy play!
