Dragons make the finals for the first time ever and are down 5-1 going into the third period, come all the way back to tie it up only to lose in OT. Great games, heartbreaking way to end the night.

That f***in wrap around OT goal had to be the most heart breaking Dragon moment ever. So close to a banner. So close.

That third was awesome. Almost everything went perfectly.

I had several "beverages" last night so I would have ruined the play :). Looking forward to some Dragoness tonight.

Equal parts awesome and then, finally, heartbreaking...

Closest we've ever been to a banner (can't get any closer without winning the f'in thing lol)

Good opening night boys. Can't recall the last time we won three in a row. 8)

Go Dragons, let's aim high.

Was very annoyed (could you tell!?) with the lack of goals last night. Pissed me off. Especially when some of our quality opportunities came up empty. I absolutely HATE outplaying a team and they still will on bullshit goals. I'll be in a better state of mind come Friday!

If it makes you feel better, we won a double OT 0-0 game on a poke check goal last night.

Goals do seem to come hard this year unless we have human goalies.

I only squeezed in two games last night, and each one under a different player name after Jimmy mocked me and crushed my spirit..... sniff sniff.

It was tons of fun, even if at one point we spent more time getting INTO a game, than playing one!

I've already been at a swimming lesson with a 2 year old, and shortly am off to start my own hockey season, but maybe if i'm awake tonight I'll catch some more Dragon fever!

I'd be happy to get in 3 games in a row when I play. Maybe I'll turn it into a drinking game..... Take a shot on every faceoff loop and disconnect!
