Congratz. I thought they had the better chances throughout the game as Lundqvist made some big saves until the softy that opened the score for TPA. NY missed McDonagh being 100% as he was playing with a broken foot but they didn't really create many chances. They kept NY's chances mostly from the outside,
Bishop wasn't too busy but did make a couple of tough saves. Well deserved, you don't just beat C. Price and King Lundqvist back to back.
I do see them matching better against the Ducks, while CHI would probably offer them a tougher task.

Either team will be a battle and my guess is the Bolts will be underdogs to both, but they were that in the last 2 series as well. And not sure if home ice advantage is much of a factor as the Lightning have played better on the road in the playoffs. With that said the Bolts have home ice if the Hawks win and the Ducks have home ice if they win , according to TBO.com. Its going to be fun.
holy crap , phone update said 4-0. you shitting me? I hope they hang on. please bruce bodreau theory work. i remember those games 7s he had with the Caps vs Pitt, Pitt would win like 5-1 or some ridiculous score.

Thanks. Yes Were taking off our skates right now in the locker room. We're all gassed. Played 55 min tonight. If we fans weren't out there in the ice not sure toews scores tonight. Thanks though. See you in the flight home.
My condolences, Terry. That was obviously a hell of a series, and it sucks to be on the wrong end of a seventh game.
Great showing by the Hawks, who did almost everything right in the last two games.
Another team that was going to impose themselves physically on the Keith-Kane-Toews Blackhawks sent packing. Tell me more, hockey intelligentsia, about how they couldn't possibly deal with the hit differential. The team that was supposed to be worn down by the accumulation of hits ended up having better legs down the stretch...again.

I'm so happy, went to a big watch party and as soon as I walked in it was 1-0. Makes me happy with all the s*** talking after the last game to see the Ducks realize you need to walk the walk if you're going to run your mouth.
Great series, better ending!

Toews sucked the life out the building on his first 2 shifts.
Ducks fans suck letting all those Chicago fans cheer like it was their home game, there was a s*** load of them , welcome to southern California now go back home i hear there is still snow on the ground.
