Wow, the Rangers have struggled to score in this series. They still have life, on support mind you but they managed to take it to OT.

Talk a bout a soft/lucky goal ( if that was deflected its lucky if not its soft). OT undeserved but it is what it is.

Rooting for the Caps but if there is a team in this play offs that can blow a 3-1 game lead its them.

Have to give the Rangers credit.

They owned OT and they score.

Lightning Rangers will be one hell of a series.

I haven't seen the Flames enter the neutral zone with this ease after the three encounters with the Ducks. Quick passes, speed and the match up tonight looks much tighter than the previous' games despite them winning the last game. At least they are much more aggressive in this first period while Ducks look dopey so far.

Yeah, I thought the Andersen save on Gaudreau when they were still trailing 2-1 was huge. Flames ran into penalties issues and they capitalized. Talking about penalties I thought that Perry got away with murder a couple of times, interfering with Ramo, and when he lept into Brodie in the neutral zone.

How the zebras didn't call those two infractions is beyond me. Still CAL had their chances with their men advantage especially with the 5 on 3 but didn't have many chances.

I liked how Flames competed today, Ferland was a physical presence but you just can't overlook the fact that the Quacks have depth.

They sure are.

Caps not playing like a team who wants to close this out. Not at all. Not yet anyway.

Back breaker. Those type of goals demoralize most teams.

Unless they score more goals than the Rangers. :P

I am with you though in spirit...Rangers win here and they will most likely win game 7.

Calgary really showed a lot of grit in that series. That last game never should have been that close, but Anaheim probably shouldn't have won the game before, either. When Perry went down, I told my wife "there goes the season". That looked absolutely nasty. I'm glad he was on ice and not planted in turf, though. Otherwise that was all sorts of torn ligaments.

I was stunned when he came back out later in the period and managed regular shifts in the third and OT. Now the big matchup comes that I've been afraid of all year. Chicago has a line that can easily match up with the Ducks top line, and if the Ducks try to play the "keep it close and win it late" game that they've played all year, I think the games won't really be that close. The Hawks will probably pull away from them, and they sure as hell can't be giving up 5-on-3 power plays. Nice of the refs to let them get away with some form tackles and trips in the Calgary series, but I can't imagine that kind of kindness keeps going.

Going to be fun series. I'm nervous as hell.

Bolts will no doubt miss the services of veteran R. Callahan to guide this young crew. You would think that Drouin would be back in but it doesn't look like Cooper trusts his defensive game. Even at 0-3, I didn't think that the series was that lopsided and Habs have been getting the breaks that they missed early.

With Price focused, they may yet stretch this to 7.

Prust?

Price cant score. That clown Prust has to win that battle for the dunk.

Markov breaks two sticks on one offensive zone possession.

The turnover and the tip in.... :?

Stamkos buries it.

I have little hope but maybe they will now join the battle.
