Yes.
Same here. Play a bit last night, but it didn't really do anything for me. I might give Pure Pool a try.

Typical garbage for XB1 owners. Solid, if old, offerings for 360 owners.

The only two truly good games I remember being part of the games with gold for Xbox One are Volgarr the Viking and Rayman. There have been a handful of decent titles but they really need to offer some of the premium launch titles soon.

Ryse won't be far behind. And I bet Forza 5 will be Games With Gold once Forza 6 is released, hoping to serve as a gateway drug to Microsoft's shiny, new racing toy.

Sony's flash sale this weekend includes Super Mega Baseball for $5. A steal. Even at $20 it plays a fun game of baseball.

Depending on which F1 game you're talking about, they have aids for everything from traction control and abs to automatically braking for you. So yeah, it's pretty easy to get into.

I played some and found the game hard for a novice. But played on default settings. Game is fun and looks great. Lots of modes too. Get it while it's still free.

So, Dark Souls is the first games with gold for next month. All I've ever heard is how damned hard it is. Is it WORTH all that hard?

It can be, but it can also be extremely tedious. It's definitely worth experiencing, though. At least you'll know whether it's your cup of tea or not. After you have your scrotum pounded flat a few times by the gargoyles or die trying to get back to a bonfire and lose 50,000 souls, you may decide it's not worth it, though.

I can't imagine going my gaming life never trying a Souls game, though. It's like few other experiences in gaming. Controls feel clunky at first, but after you come to grips with it, things that used to be insanely hard become easy. Things you thought you'd never pass, you whiz through with little effort. It's the very definition of "you're only as good as what you put into it". It's true that with every death, you learn. And you get better. But you will die.

A lot.

I loved all three games...Demons Souls, Dark Souls and Dark Souls II. Its old school torment. Multiple play throughs on the first two.

You will die. Early and often. 8)

PS4 in June will have MGS for free.

I didnt hear of anything for XBO yet. Rumor had it it'll be Forza 5 and Ryse for free. I think 360 will get Super Street Fighter Arcade.

Ryse always has intrigued me, even if it appears to be a bit of a button-masher. Looks beautiful, love the historical era. Fingers crossed it's one of the freebies!
