Yes this series has brought out a side of Karlsson I have not seen before. He's always been fast, good with the puck, and has the speed and skill to play good D, but he's had some good hits this series which i've never seen outta him.
The one stat that still bother's me is there's been zero scoring from the Sens bottom two lines, so if the top two get shut out, they are still screwed.
That being said, it's good to see Bobby Ryan finally score after about 16 games without a goal.....

Re: It's Hockey Night- Season 14-15
This pretty much sums up my feelings on this f***in c*** who keeps getting chances to coach teams. WHY? HE IS A PIECE OF f***in s***!
I REALLY DO think the Sens will win the next two games. They are better coached and unlucky to have been down 3-0.
SO I am trying to look at the plus side of that.
1) this team is a reflection of the c*** coach. They will never win a cup. Even if they win this series...they have ZERO chance of doing s***.
2) This c*** coach will be gone.
3) the coach is a f***in c***.
This "man" is the only reason ...
That this " man" has a job...

These f#*%& Blues, yeah come home after a dominating Game 4 win and then crap the bed. Keep playing Jackman instead of Bortuzzo, play Goc instead of calling up Rattie. Whatever.. if baseball season starts for me Sunday, so be it.

Good luck.
Hawks circle the wagons and even game.
Looking good in the second as Crawford has rejoined humanity.
Re: It's Hockey Night- Season 14-15
It's a gutsy call by coach Q, yet I think the right one should the Preds extend the series. You want to go with an experienced guy in game 7.XXXIV wrote:10spro wrote:It's do or die part deux for my boys. Go 'Nucks!

As for my 'Nuckleheads I am on pins and needles with more grey hair growing by the minute. Blowing a three goal lead is weak and pathetic. They just like putting themselves in that position, to step off the accelerator even though it's a must win game. No killer instinct at all.

Hard work pays off!
Now hold on.

Great job Hawks.
I am NOT surprised. This is a f***in team.

Whew. I can get back on the bandwagon now.
Re: It's Hockey Night- Season 14-15
Fantastic game. Especially for Flames fans. A heartbreaker for me and 'Nucks nation. Painful to watch. A rusty Miller allowed the winning goal with 4 minutes to go. (No excuses, but that was a horse sh!t call from the refs giving the home team a gifted PP that tied the game earlier).
As I was saying earlier, even though he's a vet, he hasn't really played much since his injury back in Feb. He had rebound issues, moving side to side.
They blew two leads, they just couldn't put the young kids away. They got out coached and outplayed every game in cowtown. Disappointing, very disappointing loss. A painful way to end a rather improved year filled with unfortunate injuries.
Watch out for the Flames, they don't ever give up, a youthful core of players playing ahead of their years. Love watching Monahan & Gaudreau.

Some crazy numbers: Darling faced 12 shots in the 11 minutes that he played last night. Crawford faced 13...in the remaining 49 minutes.

Blues eliminated in the first round again. I was pretty certain they'd beat Min this year but not sure what happened. It'll be hard to take them seriously as Stanley Cup contenders next season when their season ended in April the past 3 years.
For the record I showed forum post mercy towards the Blues and their fans.... I was going to post 'HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA' and leave it like that. But I didnt!

I would say ha ha but I like Blues fans due to other considerations... I have my own problems as I am on the verge of another Habs bashing rant...
I would take credit for picking the Wild in six but the other guys who posted picks also had the Wild.
Missed the Canucks Flames series..I thought the Flames were not ready. They are ready.

Looks like OTT will be done tonight. MTL dominating first period.
Re: It's Hockey Night- Season 14-15
One of the worst second periods of play off hockey I have ever seen by a bunch of lazy f***in cowards.
The retarded refs quick whistle bailed the f***in cowards out.
Terrible ref. Terrible Habs.
GROW SOME f***in BALLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!you assholes!

Re: It's Hockey Night- Season 14-15
The window is closing down for the Blues. They had depth except in between the pipes and were shown the door early again. I picked the Wild too, because of the excellent hockey they've been playing since February and kept riding on Dubnyk.
I would be surprised if Hitchcock remains the head coach.
Gallagher plays best when he's agitating the opponent. Seems to be working so far. Sens need to get that forechecking going soon.

J. De La Rose you are a piece of f***in s***.
Re: It's Hockey Night- Season 14-15
Thanks Blues! Another disappointing first round exit. Time to get rid of some of these players who decide to pack in it come playoff time.
Congrats to the Minnesota fans! Going to be an interesting series against a real team in Chicago.

Habs move on but the better team in my mind was the Sens.
Screwed they were in this game by the refs but they did not give up they poured it on.
Price was awesome in the third....He has come of age for sure.
I am still trying to come down from my de la rose is a worthless piece of s*** anger.
GO HABS GO!
Re: It's Hockey Night- Season 14-15
I am finding peace.
Re: It's Hockey Night- Season 14-15
Yes, Price won that game for the Habs. Good luck in the second round, and hopefully he keeps it up, because you'll need him!
Sens I think just ran out of gas, and had too many guys in slumps. Bobby Ryan did not look like a superstar this series, and they are paying him like a superstar.
If anyone on this team deserves superstar pay, it's Pageau. Lock him up, he's the best guy on the bottom six there is!

I agree. He was a warrior today, while others seemed to lack the energy of the previous two games. You have to be good to be lucky and Habs were lucky when the refs robbed Sens of a goal. But Price stole this game. The last two minutes of the game he made some incredible series saves.Gangrel wrote:If anyone on this team deserves superstar pay, it's Pageau.
