It will also be the easiest 1000g you will ever earn. A ton of people earned the full 1000 in one sitting today, in just a few hours. I played for abut 40 minutes and have 240g, but several are about to pop, as soon as accumulate a few more of the various cumulative achievements.

If Microsoft was wise, they would just make this the demo for FH2, as it shows off the game better than the demo did. It's a lot of fun, really. I mean, it's ridiculous, but since it is Fast and Furious, you already knew that.

Finished Fast and Furious in one sitting. I'll say 2 hours? Got all the achievements and won all the races. Great cars. So super fast. So tempted to buy this when it's no longer free.

Yes, that appears to be the case, according to Xbox Wire.

To celebrate the April 3 theatrical launch of “Furious 7,” the expansion will be available at no charge for a limited two-week period. Players can download the expansion on Xbox One or Xbox 360 (at no charge!) from March 27 through April 10; after this, the expansion will cost $10. Players who downloaded it during the initial two-week window can continue to play without restriction.

Should also note that you don't need to own Forza Horizon 2 to download the Fast and the Furious as it is a standalone game.

Looks like I will finally be biting the XONE bullet this weekend. I enjoyed the hell out of the first horizon, I'm assuming the second is just more of the same goodness?
